2019中國（上海）國際應急安全與消防博覽會將于2019年11月5-7日在上海新國際博覽中心舉行。本屆展會由中國機械工業(yè)集團有限公司、應急救援裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、新興際華集團有限公司、中國航空器材集團公司、上海消防工程設備行業(yè)協(xié)會主辦；中國機械國際合作股份有限公司、中國海洋航空集團有限公司、新興際華應急產(chǎn)業(yè)有限公司、承辦。
China (Shanghai) International Safety & Emergency Exposition will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from December 5th to 7th, 2018. This event is hosted by China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd., China Emergency Response Alliance, Xinxing Cathay International Group, China Aviation Supplies Holding Company and Shanghai Fire Engineering Association. The organizers are China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd., China Ocean Aviation Group Limited, Xinxing Cathay Emergency Industry Co., Ltd., GuangDong Xinhaijun Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Lisheng Exhibition Co., Ltd Shanghai Liguo Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.
進入新時代以來，隨著我國進入全面建成小康社會決勝階段的關鍵時期，政府和全社會對公共安全、社會安定都有新的認識和要求。展會順應政策導向、民眾需求，依托近年來應急產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速興起和不斷發(fā)展，利用上海輻射長三角的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和國際化優(yōu)勢，在中央有關部門，上海市經(jīng)信委、上海市應急辦等部門的大力支持下，展會以“打造國際大安全平臺”為主題，致力于打造應急產(chǎn)業(yè)領域專業(yè)展會平臺，力爭在加快關鍵技術和裝備研發(fā)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、推動產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展、支持企業(yè)發(fā)展、推廣應急產(chǎn)品和應急服務、加強國際交流合作等方面做出一定貢獻。
In the new era, China now is in a critical stage of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects. The government and the public have developed stronger awareness and higher demand for public security and social stability. The exhibition follows the policy orientation and addresses people’s needs. Inspired by the emergence and rapid development of the emergency response industry in recent years, we will hold the exhibition in Shanghai,an international city influencing the city cluster in the Yangtze River delta. Relevant authorities of the central government, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information and Shang Emergency Response Coordination Center provide support for the exhibition. The theme of the event is “Building a Comprehensive International Platform for Security”. We aim at holding a professional exhibition about emergency response. We hope that this platform can be helpful by promoting R&D in key tschnology and equipment, optimizing industrial structure, promoting industrial agglomeration, supporting corporting expansion, marketing emergency response products and services and enhancing international cooperation in this regard.

Policy incentives boost the expansion of the emergency response market
隨著國家對應急產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視不斷提高，應急產(chǎn)業(yè)覆蓋面廣、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈長、帶動力強、社會潛在需求大，在德國等發(fā)達國家世紀金融、保險、電信之后大力扶持的產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前國內應急產(chǎn)業(yè)快速成長，有效推進了市場需求的增長。同時也為裝備、材料、醫(yī)藥、通信、保險物流等領域提供新的發(fā)展空間，亦為孕育緊急救援服務等一批應急服務新業(yè)態(tài)提供土壤。據(jù)國家相關部委預測，我國應急產(chǎn)業(yè)市場年容量約5000億元，如果包括所帶動的相關產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，市場年容量約10000億元。 The Chinse government is paying more attention to the industry. The emergence response industry covers a wide range of business and a long industrial chain, thus it can strongly boost the development of relevant industries. And there is a significant latent demand for emergency products and services. In developed countries like Germany, the emergency response industry is another focus of policy incentives following finance, insurance and telecommunication. Now the industry is growing fast in China and the demand is also climbing. The development of the emergency response sector also provides new opportunities for equipment manufacturing, material, medical and pharmaceutical, communication, insurance and logistics industries. China now has a conducive environment for the emergence of new business forms in the industry such as emergency rescue. It is estimated by Chinese authorities that the emergency response market in China has an annual market size of 500 billion yuan. If you include industries boosted by the emergency response industry, the market size can reach 1 trillion yuan.

Shanghai is located in the middle section of China’s coastline and at the Yangtze River delta. It is closer to the Pacific than other cities in eastern China. Shanghai faces China’s major trading partners including Japan, Korea, US and Canada. It also has China’s largest industrial base and foreign trade port. Shanghai is known as China’s economic center and an important trade port. The city is also China’s largest comprehensive industrial city and a technology, trade, financial and information center in China. Shanghai possesses many features that make it an international economic hub: strong overall strength, advanced industrial capacity and significant influence on the city cluster.

The event focuses on high-end equipment, technological research, new material research, standard setting, experimentation and tests. It will become a platform for coordinated innovation in emergency technology, product manufacturing, services and business negotiation. We aim at facilitating the communication between Chinese and foreign enterprises to promote home-grown technological innovation and integrated innovation. Thus, domestic enterprise can master some widely used technologies and make breakthroughs in core technologies to narrow the gap between China and other countries that are advanced in this regard. The event will help companies turn technological progress into products and industries. It will also nurture market demand and promote the application of emergency response products in key areas. This will be a big tailwind for the industry. The exposition will also catalyze the forging of a development mechanism of the industry and help identify a series of products that China needs for public security. We will promote new services of the industry such as market-oriented emergency rescue and comprehensive emergency service. 組委會將聯(lián)合行業(yè)協(xié)會、行業(yè)媒體、政府部門共同組織應急產(chǎn)業(yè)高峰論壇，通過舉辦專業(yè)論壇聚焦行業(yè)發(fā)展，吸引行業(yè)專家、學者參與展會。
The organizing committee will organize a summit of emergency response industry by working with industrial association, specialized media and government authorities. Through the summit, we aim at attracting more attention to the industry by inviting experts and scholars to attend the event.
觀眾組織 / Visitor Organization
組委會與多家行業(yè)媒體展開合作，宣傳渠道涵蓋了平面媒體、網(wǎng)絡媒體、廣播電視及新媒體等全媒體平臺。合作媒體近百家，包括中央電視臺、上海衛(wèi)視生活頻道、東方衛(wèi)視、慧聰網(wǎng)、鳳凰網(wǎng)、消防天下、新民晚報、勞動保護雜志等媒體。同時，組委會將通過戶外廣告、網(wǎng)絡廣告、微信朋友圈廣告、地鐵廣告、會刊廣告、門票廣告、軟文推送等形式對展會和參展商進行宣傳推廣活動，還將現(xiàn)場搭建展會直播間對參展企業(yè)進行實時報道。The organizing committee will cooperate with various specialized media and there will be coverage through print media, online media, broadcasting, television and new media. We have nearly 100 media partners including China Central Television, life service channel of Shanghai TV, Dragon TV, HC360.com, ifeng.com, 119tx.com, Xinmin Evening News and Labor Protection magazine. We will also use outdoor advertisement, online advertisement, wechat moments advertisement, subway advertisement, exhibition catalogue, ticket advertisement and advertorial for promoting the event and exhibitors. We will also build a booth for live streaming coverage.
高峰論壇 / Summit Forums
組委會將通過各國使領館、商務處、行業(yè)協(xié)會、大集團等渠道，重點邀請東南亞及其他相關國家和地區(qū)的專業(yè)觀眾參觀展會。同時，組委會通過舉辦多場采購配對會的形式精準合作，打通應急產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游壁壘，為參展商和買家提供一個共贏發(fā)展的交流平臺。
The organizing committee will cooperate with embassies, commercial counsellor’s office, industrial associations and renowned businesses to invite professionals mainly from Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Meanwhile, we will also hold multiple procurement matchmaking events to forge successful partnership. The events will be a platform for removing barriers for upstream-downstream cooperation and for exhibitors and buyers to seek win-win results.

五、展位收費標準及說明
Booth prices
申請面積／Application of Exhibition Area
標準展位： 13800元/9室內空地： 1300元/Standard booth：USD 1250/
Indoor spaces：USD 190/租用標準展位（9平方米起租）Standard booth for renting（with a minimum area of 9）包含室內場地、展臺內鋪設地毯、中英文公司楣板、射燈、電源插座、洽談桌椅。
It is equipped with indoor exhibition space,booth carpets, a fascia board with both English and Chinese company names, spotlights, power outlets,negotiation tables and folding chairs.
租用光地（36平方米起租）To rent bare space（with a minimum area of 36）展商將自行搭建其展位，但展位搭建方案包括搭建材料、搭建公司資質等資料需在2019年11月7日前提交組委會指定的主場服務商處，以便提前獲得消防及相關方批準。
Exhibitors will build their own booths. But the booth construction program, including construction materials, contracter’s qualification and other information should be presented to the Organizing Committee in triplicate before November 7,2018 to make sure they can be approved by fire control institutions and departments concerned at an early date.
